MaxButtons Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use MaxButtons Pro.
Max Foundry, LLC offers MaxButtons Pro “as-is” and with no implied meaning that it will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We offer no support of WordPress or WordPress themes and plugins that we do not develop. Support is offered via email and is provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase.
Updates are available to customers who have purchased a licensed version of MaxButtons Pro and are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase.
At the expiration of your license your MaxButtons Pro buttons will still work but you will not be able to create new buttons or modify existing buttons.
All transactions are made using Stripe which accepts most major credit cards as forms of payment and Paypal. We do not accept purchase orders, checks, invoices or any forms of barter to be paid at a later date.
When purchasing MaxButtons Pro, you are billed immediately.
Because MaxButtons Pro is a non-tangible, digital good, we do not generally offer refunds after purchase has been made. We will consider a refund within the first 30 days of purchase if you are unable to get MaxButtons Pro installed properly or if MaxButtons Pro fails to perform the basic functions as designed and you have contacted support to try to resolve the issues. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Max Foundry, LLC. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing MaxButtons Pro, you agree to these terms. All sales are final.

We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support MaxButtons Pro as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing MaxButtons Pro.
